Accon of Trover and Conversion ; / ; ~ ~ ~ ~
And the said John by his Attorney Henry
Smith saith That in the yeare 1674 the said
John Blackbourne Left in the Custody of the said
John Proute one Long gun or ffowleing peece
but the said John Proute fraudulently intending
refuseth to Deliver the said gun unto the said
John Blackbourne allthough hath severall times
thereunto bin Demanded whereby the said
Blackbourne is Damnified and hath Dammadge
to the vallue of one Thousand pounds of tobacco
and Caske and thereupon bringes his suite
