Case provided That whosoever shall transport any
person out of the Province Shall pay their Debts as more
at Lardge will appeare recourse being thereunto had but
the said William fraudulently intending refuseth to pay
the aforesaid summe of foure hundred pounds of tobacco
& Caske due from the said Richard whereby the said Robert
is Damnified and hath Dammadge to the vallue of eight
hundred pounds of Tobacco and Caske and Thereupon
brings his Suite ; / ; ~ ~ ~ ~ ~

Know All men by these presents that I Richard Pomfrey
off Sommersett County in the Province of Maryland plantr: doe
owe and Stand indebted unto Robert Cattlin of y County aforess: Junr:
in the Province of Maryland plantor in the full & Just summe or
quantity of foure hundred pounds of good sound marchantable
Tobacco with Caske The same to be paid To the said Robert Cattlin
his heires executors: or Certaine Attorney at one intire payment
in some Convenient place in Anamessex in the County aforesaid
at or before the tenth day of october next Insueing the Date
hereof for the true performance whereof I binde my Selfe my
heires executors: & admrs: firmly by these presents signed wth: my
hand and Sealed with my Seale Dated the Second day of september
