The proseedings last Cort: being read the plt: Craves ordr: agst:
the Sherriffe for his Debt the Deft: not appearing And the
sd: Sherriffe Capta: Wm: Colebourne by his Attorney Wm:
Tompson saith That the plt: Cannot have his accon agst:
the sherriffe because the Deft: being under an arrest and
makeing his escape the Sherriffe Caused according to Lawe
hue and Cryes Imediately to be Sent after the sd: deft:
