Sommersett Ss George Day was attached to answer the suite of
Henry Smith in an accon of Debt ; / ;
And the said Henry for himselfe saith That the said George
became Indebted unto the said Henry the summe of eighteene
hundred pounds of Tobacco and Caske as pr his specialty more
plainely may appeare but the said George ffraudulently intending
refuseth to pay the Aforesaid summe of eighteene hundred pounds
of Tobacco & Caske Allthough thereunto severall time hath bin
Demanded whereby the said Henry is Damnified and hath Dammadge
to the vallue of Three Thousand pounds of Tobacco and Caske and
Thereupon brings his Suite ; / ;
This bill bindeth me George Day my heires executors: to pay
or Cause to be paid unto Henry Smith his heires executors:
or assignes the summe of eighteene hundred pounds of good
sound tobacco and Caske to Liking in some Convenient place
in the County of Sommersett at or before the 20th: of
october
