Sommersett Ss: Thomas Wingod was attache to answer the
Suite of Thomas Lampin in A plea of
Trespas upon the Case ; / ; ~ ~ ~ ~
And the said Thomas by his Attourney Henry Smith saith
That the said Wingod became indebted unto the said
Lampin in the summe of Two hundred pounds of tobacco
and Caske as pr his Accot: here in Cort: produced will more
plainely appeare But the said Wingod fraudulently
intending refuseth to pay the aforesaid summe of Two
hundred pounds of tobacco and Caske Allthough thereunto
hath severall times bin Demanded whereby the sd:
Lampin is Damnified And hath Dammadge to
the vallue of ffoure hundred pounds of tobacco and
Caske
