John Winder in an accon of Trespas upon the Case ; / ;

Sommersett Ss William Thomas Late of this County was Attached
to answer Henry Smith of this County in an
accon of Trespas upon the Case
And the said Henry for himselfe saith That the said
William is Indebted unto the said Henry for
Goods Delivered to his order in the yeare one Thousand
six hundred seaventy and Three The summe of
seaven hundred and ninety pounds of Tobacco & Caske
but the said William ffraudulently intending refuseth
to pay the aforesaid summe of seaven hundred and
ninety pounds of Tobacco and Caske allthough severall
times thereunto hath bin required whereby the said
Henry is Damnified and hath Dammadge to y vallue
of fifteene hundred pound of Tobacco and Caske
