of Maryland
This Present bill wittnesseth that I the said Thomas Cary doe
Assigne over all my right title and Interest of Two Cowes
unto Henry Heaman with there future Increase the Cowes
being marked underbitt and Cropt the right ear the left ear
underkeeled That I the said Thomas Cary Doe warrant the sd:
Cowes unto the said Henry Heaman from any manner of
Person or Persons that Shall Lay any Claime right or Title to the
said Cowes here specified as wittnes my hand and Seale
the Twelve Day of november in the yeare of our Lord God

Marsh of the Province of Maryland in the County of
Sommersett in Wiccocomoco river Doe Constitute my
Trusty ffrind Daniell Hast of the Place aforesaid my
Lawfull Attourney To buy or Sell pay Debts or receive
Debts make bargaines and kill Cattle And hoggs or
whatsoever my wife Shall Judge fitt for her Lawfull
use of her and her Chilldren in my absence as wittnes
my hand and Seale this eight Day of october in the
