to the said Randall the aforesaid summe of six hundred
thirty three pounds of tobacco and Caske as more plainely will
appeare pr his accot: here produced in open Court now the said
George fraudulently intending refuseth to pay the aforesaid
summe of six hundred thirty and three pounds tob & Caske
allthough thereunto Severall times hath bin Demanded
whereby the said Randall is Damnyfyed & hath Damadge
