33 Joshua Houldsworth made oath in Cort: this 28th: of the 5 o/m
1671 that he was present when Mathew Armstrong signed
Sealed and published this to be his last will and Testament
and that when he soe did hee was of A disposing mind this
Thus done as Attets ffreegrace Bendall Cler ~ ~
Richard Callicott appeared the 22th: of the 6 o/m 1671 before
John Leverett esqr Dept: Govr: and made oath that he was
present when Mathew Armstrong signed sealed and
published this to be his Last will and Testament and that
he was then of A Disposing mind this Thus Don as attests
ffregrace Bendall Clerk ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
Entred and recorded word for word in the 130 page of
the 5th: Booke of wills and Testaments Inventoryes
for the County of Suffolke in New England & Compared
therewith this 27th: of the 6 o/m 1671 as attests ffregrace Bendall Cler
This is A True Copy taken out of the records abovesaid and Compared
therewith this 9 of 7 o/m 1671 as attests ffregrace Bendall Cler.
