shall Come I Thomas Davis of Somersett County in the Province
of Maryland Taylor send Greeting in our Lord God
Everlasting Know yee that I the said Thomas Davis
ffor A valuable Consideracon by me allready recd: have Given
granted bargained sold And Confirmed And by these
Presents Doe fully and Absolutely give Grante Allienate
bargained and Sell unto Robert Cattlin Senr: of the County
and Province aforesaid Plantor, vizt One red heifer Com
monly Called or knowne by the name of Mall having A white
Starr in her forehead, And Cropt of both ears; One Browne
heifer Commonly Called or knowne by the name of Tab
having A white speck in her forehead A white Stroake under
her belly and A white Tayle Cropt of both ears more one
Browne Cowe Commonly Called or knowne by the name of Pretty
having A white speck in her forehead and A white Tayle And
Cropt of both ears and Two Slitts of each ear, The which Cattle
with their increase, I Doe by these presents Acquitt exonorate and
discharge of ever having any right Title Interest or reclaime;
but for ever wholy & Soly exponorate and Discharge the same
To have and to hold the said Cattle to him the said Robert
Cattlin and to the heires of the said Robert Cattlin for ever
