The humble peticon of Mary Mathewes
Humbly sheweth
That whereas yor: peticioner hath Compleated her
servitude to her master William ffurnis ffoure yeares
which was fully ended in the month of october Last past
yor: peticionr being here ready to make appeare by evidences
that I was Sold for no Longer time humbly Craveth
order for her ffreedome as alsoe for Corne and Clothes
according to Act of Assembly in Such Cases provided And
as in Duty bound Shall Pray -

Thomas Davis Late servant to mr: Randall Revell Wm: Jenkes
who appeare and are Sworne
The Deposicon of Thomas Davis lately free from mr: Randall
Revell age twenty six yeares olld or thereabouts Deposeth

I heard mr: Powell and mr: Lappage say as I Came over y
bay in the sloope (she being Grumbling & mumbling for her
Indentures) that She had but foure yeares to serve and
ffarther the seaman which brought her into the Country
did say that he woulld Send her indentures after her Soe
