Trespas upon the Case in the Suite of

And the said ffrancis by his attorney Henry Smith
Saith That the said Randall Revell did Sease upon A
Boate by vertue of the said Seizure dispossesses the said
ffrancis of A boate of the said ffrancis to the vallue of
one Thousand six hundred pounds of tobacco and Still
doth retaine the said boate whereby the said ffrancis is
Dampnified and hath Dammage to the vallue of Three
Thousand pounds of tobacco and Caske and there upon
brings his Sute ; / ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
The Deposicon of Thomas Humphryes aged twenty
seaven or thereabouts Deposeth here in Cort: ~ ~
I say that ffrancis Roberts payed unto me the said
Tho: Humphryes the full summe of ffoure hundred
