paid though often thereunto required but the same to pay doth
altogether refuse and deny to the Damage of the sd: Randall
Revell the summe of one Thousand pounds of tobacco, And

This Bill bindeth me John Johnson of Manoakin in ye:
County of Somersett and Province of Maryland plantor:
me my heires executors: administrators: or assignes to
pay or Cause to be paid unto mr: Randall Revell of the
same County and province aforesaid his heires executors:
admrs: or assignes the full and Just quantity of six
hundred and seaventy pounds of good sound marchan
table tobacco and Caske to be pd: at or before at or before
the tenth day of october next ensueing the Date hereof
being for A valuable Consideracon allready received
In witnes hereof I have put my hand and Seale
the 22 day of ffebruary 1669 ~ ~ ~ ~
