26 ffor his trouble and expence yor: peticionr: humbly Craveth
order for the same and as in Duty bound Shall pray; / ; ~ ~
The Cort: Demanded of Tho: Ball whether he had not recd of
Elizabeth Johnson five hundred pounds of tobacco The said Tho:
made answer he had And paid the same to mr: Randall Revell
late Sherriffe the said mr: Revell Acknowledged to have recd:
the same of Thomas Ball; Whereupon the Cort: orders that mr:
Randall Revell to pay the said five hundred pounds of tobacco
unto Tho: Ball And is for the trouble and Charges the said Thomas
Ball was at in the behalfe of the County in goeing over the bay
about the Countyes bussnes And ffurther ordrd: That there be
paid out of the County ffor Accomodation ffor the Commrs: At
A Cort: helld at Robert Cattlins unto Tho: Ball wch: the said Thomas
was in disburste two hundred Seaventy five pounds of tobacco

Justices to answer the Sute of the Manoakin King ; ~ ~
Wm: Davis appeares before the board but upon A misdeameanr
of the King of Manoakin in Thrusting away Wm: Davis from
before the Commrs: itt was ordered that the hearing of the King
