To all people to whome these Presents shall come I John
Anderson of Sommersett County in the Province of Maryland
sawyer send greeting in our Lord God everlasting, Whereas
God hath beene pleased to Blesse me with A visible estate I
Doe therefore give and make over unto my Daughter Mary
Anderson one Cole black Cowe with a great navell Commonly
knowne or Called by the name of Lobb being marked as ffoll
vizt A flower Deluce of the left ear and underkeeled of the
right ear; The said Cowe soe marked and Called as aforesd:
I Doe ffreely and voluntaryly give unto my Daughter Mary
with all her ffemale Increase untill she attaineth to the age
of ffoureteene yeares; And then To have and to hold
both male and ffemale and to enjoye and Dispose off as her
proper goods forever; The said Cowe with her encrease to run
in A Stock amongst my owne for the use and bennefitt of my
Daughter aforenamed untill she Commeth to the age above recited
And if in case my Said Daughter shoulld be taken away by death
before she Commeth to the age of ffourteene yeares, Then the sd:
Cowe with her encrease to ffall to the Giver againe and be at
his Disposeing; moreover it is my will and pleasure that my
said Daughter before named shall not Dispose of the said Cowe
nor any of her encrease untill She Commeth to the age before
recited without my Consent, And & that if^y sd: Cowe Shoulld
increase to many it shall be at my pleasure to Convert
them to other use for the bennefitt of my said Daughter
without
