21 Know All men by these presents that I Mathew Armstrong
of Boston in new England marriner for Divers good Causes
me thereunto moveing have made ordained Constituted and
appointed my trusty and well beloved frind mr: Randall Revell
of Manoakin in the County of Sommersett on the eastearne
Shore Maryland to be my true & Lawfull attorney for me
and in my name & for my use to enter into my plantacon
now in the possession of Daniell Curtis Lyeing & being on
the north Side of Anamessicks river in the County of Somersett
aforesaid Commonly knowne by the name of the scipers -
plantacon but in the patent granted by the Lord Proprietary
called Armstrong Lott and bonds purchase with the rights priviledges
and appurtenances thereunto belonging the Same for me & in my
name & to my proper use & behoofe to possess grant bargain or Sell
to any person or persons according to my order given him in
writing to y uttmost & best proffitt & Comodity of me the said
Armstrong and the deed & deeds of the same grante & estate so
to be made for me & in my name to Seale & as my deed & deeds
to deliver unto the parties to whom the same Shall be made or
to any other to their use & uses and the Counter parts of y same
for me & in my name to Accept & recd giveing & by these
presents granting unto my said attorny my full powers
& Lawfull Authority in & Conserning the premises to doe
execute proceed & finish in all things in as ample manner
& for and to all intents & purposes as I my Selfe might or
ought
