the aforesaid quantity of ffoure hundred pounds of tobacco
with Caske which being Demanded but they the sd: Wingod
and Cheltnam denying and still doth to pay the same The
Plaintiffe saith he is Dampnified and hath Dammadge to the
value of eight hundred pounds of tobacco and thereupon brings

The Spetiallty vizt
This bill Shall binde us Thomas Wingod and Jacob Cheltnam
both of Manoakin plantors: our heires executors: or assignes to
pay or Cause to be paid unto Edward Martindale of Bristoll marcht:
or to his heires assignes or Lawfull attorney the full quantity
of ffoure hundred pounds of good Sound marchantable tobacco
and Caske without ground Leaves or Seconds to be paid upon
the tenth day of october next ensueing the Date hereof at
some Convenient place in greate Anamessicks as wittnes
our hands and Seales the twenty third day of March 1671
