19 of these parties Spoken of Doe make a bargaine Let Stephen
See if he Can finde any other man that will buy the halfe and
I am Content provided he make good pay but if neither of
these mentioned or any other will buy the halfe and an opportu
nity present to Sell the whole I give unto by vertue of this my
written order and advise and the letter of Attorney Sent you
inclosed to make Sale of the whole Stock and all and deliver Stephen
halfe of the pay onely reserve in yor hands twenty pounds in
money or the full vallue thereof and is for the ballance of his
Accot: due to me in money of which I Shall Send you A more
perticular Accot assoone as I have an oppertunity if you Sell Let
it be for tobacco or English goods at such A rate as I may
not Loose by them here if you Sell only the halfe give the
party that buyes A Conveyance for the halfe but keep the
Patten in yor owne hand till Stephen give Security for payemt:
of the Debt aforesaid then deliver the pattent with an assignement
of the one halfe thereof I pray Sr: make me what returns you
can possibly procure of y olld accot: and this toe if you can Sell
for it woulld doe me Service now if I had it, Sr: I have Sent A
Chist A feather bed & a boullster & a pillow bound up in a wrought
Civerled & A gunne of 6 foote Long or thereabouts & an Iron Spitt
6 or 7 foot Long & A Copper Stew pan with a Cover of the same
Cloth & a Small Iron dripping pan all these things belongs to
mr: Wm: Murrialls for wch: I have paid here in money eight
Shillings he was indebted & five Shillings for ayring & looking
to his things to y man that had them in keeping Lett him pay you
my money and the master his fraight and give you a full
Discharge
