Thousand pounds of tobacco pble upon Demand to the Rt: honble:
the Lord Proprietary; The Condicon of wch: obligacon was for
the appearance of the said Ellis Coleman and nathaniell Williams
this Cort: to answer the Claime Complainte or accon of William
Naughton Concerning his Servant Nathaniell Williams
The said Ellis Coleman and Nathaniell Williams now appeare
upon wch: appearance the said bond is satisfied; ~ ~

This day Came before the Cort: mr: Henry Smith in his owne
proper person and then and there did Acknowledge that he
was no wayes Concerned in A pattent for land of Martin

there Did Desire that it might be recorded that he woulld
serve Richard Ackworth one yeare more then he was formerly
