The Cort: upon mature Deliberacon and Consideracon finds

Somersett Ss Thomas Ball late of this County was Attached to answer
unto Edm: Beauchamp in A plea of trespas on y Case upon Accot: &c
And whereupon the said Edmund Beauchamp for himselfe
saith that in the XXXiXth: year of the Dominion of the Rt: honble:
Caecilius &c Annoq Domini 1670 Did imploy him the said
Thomas Ball to receive tobacco for him the said Edmund
Beauchamps use in this County of Sommersett to the vallue
of three Thousand pounds of tobacco; The said Tho: Ball
giving avery Slite Accot: of one Thousand seaven hundred
and twenty three pounds of tobacco received and three hundred
and Two pounds of tobacco upon his owne proper Accot: The
prticulers of which received as also his owne proper dues
the plt: produceth here in Cort: Amounting to the Just
summe or quantity of Two Thousand Twenty five
pounds of Tobacco; he the said Thomas Ball produceing
