vers in an accon upon the Case
Thomas Manlove deft: The plt: and deft: appeare & Joyne issue

Thomas Manlove late of this County was Attached to
answer unto Robert Cattlin Senr: in an accon upon the Case
And whereupon the said Robert Cattlin for himselfe saith
That whereas William Boist late of this County deceased
in January Ao: Do: one thousand six hundred Sixty six
The Sister of the said Boise Jane Delamas now the wife
of Thomas Manlove made her repayre to the house of the
said Robert Cattlin and there remayned about the span
of ten weekes the said Robert Cattlin providing for
her meat Drinke washing and Lodging in expectacon
to have had Satisfaccon for the same And to that end
he the said Robert Cattlin hath often Demanded the
same of her husband Thomas Manlove but the said
Thomas hath denyed and Still doth to give satisfaccon the
said Robt Cattlin saith he is Dampnified and hath Damadge
to y vallue of Two hundred and fifty pounds of tobacco
and thereupon brings his Sute &c
After some Dispute y deft: owning that there was
nothing paid for y Accomedacon of his wife
at the house of Robt Cattlin The Cort: ordrs:
The deft: Tho: Manlove to pay unto y plt: Robt
Cattlin Senr: one hundred pounds of tob: alias
