Jeremiah Hooke def^t:
The pl^t: appeares and Craves order for his Debt
The def^t: being Called three times doth not appeare
by himselfe nor his Attorney
After examining the former proceedings here in this Co^rt: in
the Cause depending the Co^rt: doth fine that there is
due upon bill from the def^t: Jeremiah Hooke one thousand
pounds of tobacco and Caske And thereupon ord^rs: the said
Jeremiah Hooke to pay unto the pl^t: Thomas Jones or his
ord^r: one thousand pounds of tobacco & Cost: alias execucon
