George Johnsons and now Daniell Hastes and the Land the sd:
Winder now lives upon one the river aforesaid in the County of
Somersett in the province of Maryland with all the priviledges
and Immunities thereto belonging as in the said pattents
is at more length expressed To have and to hold the same to
him and his heires for ever having received a valuable Consi
ideracon for the same before Signing and Sealing here of hereby
oblidging my Selfe and heires executors: and administrators: to
warrant and defend the said Land to the said Winder and his
heires from any person or persons that Shall or may lay any
Claime or title thereto as also make over the Same when thereto
required in any Cort: of record with my wifes acknowlegmt:
of the same with what further Conveyances Shall or may be
thought requisite to Secure the same without any Charge or
Cost to the said Winder or his forsaid to all and every part and partiale
of these presents I oblidge my Selfe heires executors: and administrs:
in the forfeiture of one hundred pounds Sterling pble on all demands
to the said Winder or his foresaids: wittnes my hand and Seale
this 25th: Aprill 1671 ~ ~ ~ ~ ~

Tho: Shiell Sam: Oustin Sworne in Cort: this 11th: day of
