Randall Revell in A plea of Trespas upon the Case &c
And whereupon the said Randall Revell by his
Attorney and assigne Katherine Revell the wife of the said
Randall Revell; saith; That She the said Anne Hassard alias
Carr Did promise Covenant and agree to live in the house
of him the said Randall to Serve in such Imployment as he
Shoulld Imploy her in; untill Christmas next; but She the
said Anne Little regarding her promise and Covenant hath
absented her Selfe from the said Randall Revells house and
Imployment the plaintiffe saith by his Attorney and assigne
that he is Dampnified and hath Dammage to the
vallue of Two Thousand pounds of tobacco and thereupon
brings his Sute &c. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
After some Debate this Cause was Suspended

The same Day Commrs: as afore
Know All men by these presents that I Thomas Davis of
Pocomoke have bargained and Sold unto Humfry Davis
A blacke horsse with A white Starr in his forehead marked in
the buttocke with C:H:O:G but to take him where he can
find him as wittnes my hand Jany 11th: 1672
