sloope which he hath now bought of me Shall happen
to miscarry (which God forbid) by inavoidable Casualty before
that time then I am in Consideration of his poverty to abate
one halfe part of the said last payment being Six thousand
pounds of tobacco; Provided he Shall prove that her misscariage
Shall not have beene by any manner of neglect carelessness
or want of things ffitting for her; And yett with this
Provisoe that the said Cornelius Shall Doe his best and
uttmost endeavor: to preserve all that may or possible can
be Saved or preserved of her or what Shall then belong
unto her and Shall Deliver one halfe part thereof unto
me the said Thomas as wittnes my hand this 28th: day
