John Townsend which being demanded often but he the
said David Browne Denyeing and Still doth to pay the
same the plaintiffe Saith he is Dampnified and hath
Damage to the vallue of ffoure hundred pounds of
tobacco and thereupon brings his Sute &c. ; / ;
The deft: saith the said quantity of tobacco is due
to his predessessor Capto: Will Thorne deceased

Whereupon the aforesaid Randall Revell by William Tompson
his Attorney saith That the aforesaid John Avery Standeth
indebted to the aforesaid Randall Revell the summe of
nine hundred thirty three pounds of tobacco the which
may appeare by his accompt exhibited here in Cort:
by the plaintiffe and allthough often Demanded
by the aforesaid Randall Revell of the Aforesaid
John Avery yett he Still refuseth and Delayeth
