Craves order for his Debt &c.
The Deft: being Called three times doth not
appeare by himselfe nor attorney
Whereupon the Cort: ordrs: that the deft: John Anderson doe pay
or Cause to be paid unto John Pitt or his order the quantity
of six hundred seaventy and three pounds of good Sound marchant
able tobacco and Caske forthwith with Cost of Sute Als execucon

And whereupon the said John Townsend for himselfe saith
That he the said David Browne; without my order and
Consent went and received of Elianor Caine Widowe
for the use of the said John Townesend Two hundred
pounds of tobacco as by his receipt doth more fully and
more at Lardge appeare which is produced here in Cort:
