108 perches of the first bounder & from the end of the former
Line Drawne to the first bounder Containing & laid out
for Sixteene acres & five perches more or Lesse, The
other parcell of Land called (the Last Choice) Lyeing on the
east Side of Chesiepeacke bay, in Sommersett County upon
A pointe or neck of Land Lying betwixt Anamessex & Manoakin
river on a ridge next to the eastermost end of the middle ridge
beginning at the eastermost end of the said ridge for bredth
to a markt white oake & from thence running northwest twenty
Seaven perches to a markt white oak & from thence west
South west to a markt white oake Sixty perches & from
thence southeast twenty Seaven perches to a markt tree & from the
said markt tree with a Line drawne east north east to the first
bounder -- & Laid out for ten acres & twenty perches more
or Lesse; to Injoye both the said parcells of Land with all rights
& Proffitts & bennefetts thereunto belonging royall mines
excepted; To have and to hold the same to me the said
Ambrose London mine heires & assignes for ever, for & under
the rents reservacons & services therein reserved as by
the said recited pattents recourse being thereunto had more
fully & more at Lardge it may & doth appeare Now know
yee further That the said Ambrose London & Mary his wife
for A valuable Consideracon in hand paid by Mary Riggen
alias London the now wife of Teage Riggen of y County &
Province
