98 hundred & fifty perches & thence by A line drawne into the
woodes for Length to a markt oke three hundred & twenty
perches & thence by a Line Drawne southerly for bredth into
the woods to a marked pine one hundred & fifty perches &
by a Line drawne easterly downe by the said tract of Land
taken by William Smith Containing & Laid out for three
hundred acres more or Less, Together with all rights -
Proffitts & bennefitts thereunto belonging royall mines excepted
To have and to hold the Same to the said Katherine Price -
mine heires and assignes for ever; for & under the rents -
reservacons & Services therein reserved as by the said recited
patent recourse being thereunto had more fully & more att

wee the said Thomas Price & Katherine his wife for A valuable
Consideracon in hand paid by George Day of the County & province
aforesaid Carpenter the receipt whereof wee doe hereby Acknowledge

acquitt & Discharge the Said George Day his executors: & assignes
for ever by these presents have given granted, bargained
& Sold; And Do by these presents give grante Allienate
bargaine & Sell unto him the said George Day his heires &
