Subpa in the Cause depending by the plt: & appeares
To the worpll: Commrs of Somersett County
The humble peticon of Edward Dickeson
Humbly sheweth
That mr: Randall Revell Seased upon thirty foote of houseing full
of tobacco all except the Ground tire and ordered William
Cheeseman to strip & pack the same tobacco and you peticionr
hath demanded A receipt or an Accompt for his tobacco &
the aforesaid mr: Revell doth refuse to give an accompt of the Afore
said tobacco which hath beene to the greate Losse & Damage
of yor: peticionr: soe hopeing that the worpll: Commissioners
will take it into their Serious Consideracon the Damage and
trouble that yor: peticionr hath sustained for want of his
tobacco Soe hopeing the worpll: Cort: will be pleased to grant
me an order yor peticionr: an order for his tobacco with
Damages & Cost of Suite and yor: peticonr: as in duty bound
shall pray ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~

The deft: pleades & Saith he hath not his accot by him but
Shall be ready to morrow morning, the Cause depending
