54 prison or execucon to Deliver & in my name to
appeare in all Corts: & places my person to represent &
accquittances or other Lawfull Dischardge or Dischardges
in my name to signe Seale & Deliver, & to doe all things
as I my Selfe might Doe (in the premisses if personall
present, ratifyeing for firme good & effectuall & of full
power & force whatsoever my said attorney Shall Doe
or Cause to be don in the pr:misses, And further I the
Said Thomas Smith Doe by these presents utterly exclude
my Selfe for ever to Claime any Interest or right to any estate
due to me in Virginia aforesaid, but wholy & soely have
& doe by these presents make over every part & parcell to
the within named Henry Stot To the true performance
whereof I the said Thomas Smith do by these presents
binde my Selfe my heires executors: & admrs firmly by these
presents In wittnes whereof I have hereunto Sett my hand
& Seale this twenty seaventh day of December in y XXXiXth
year of the Dominion of y Rt: hon:ble Caecilius Ao: Do: 1670
The Condicon of this abovesd obligacon is Such That if the
above named Henry Stot Doe well truly & faithfully
pay the Just Dues & pper Debts of me the within
named Thomas Smith; And Afterwards deliver or
Cause to be delivered the goods Chattles & marchandizes
remayning in quiett & peaceable possession into
the hands & Custody of Elizabeth Smith (alias Reynolds)
Called & Commonly knowne to be the Lawfull
wife
