Whereas there is some Dispute betweene the Overseer of the high wayes
& some of the Inhabitants aboute the high wayes at Wiccocomoco ~
It is ordered that there be a way made for horse & foote to the point
of marsh against mr: James Jones house the Said mr: James Jones
to Give his advise to the Inhabitants aboute the said highway.

Articles of agreement made betweene Ambrose London &
Amos Parsons, Be it knowne unto all men whome it may
Concerne That I Amos Parsons have Sold my Crop of tobacco
to Ambrose London for the full & Just Summe of thirteene
hundred pounds of good Sound marchantable tobacco & he is
to take charge of the tobacco att this pr:ssent time as wittnes
or hands & Seales the 8th: day of october Ao: Do: 1670
