her future increase for ever unto the Sd: Thomas Sommers his heires

Articles of Agreement made the tenth day of October one
thousand six hundred & Seaventy betweene David Williamson
the one part & Thomas Kendall the other part wittnesseth
that I the sd: David Williamson have bargained & sold unto
the said Thomas Kendall one parcell of Land of three hundred
& fifty acres called by the name of Williamsons destiney
& Lyeing at y mouth of Manny bay on the south Side
of the bay & bounded betweene two Creekes & Joyning
to the Land of Thomas Ball, alsoe by these presents I
here doe ingage my Selfe to give unto the said Tho: Kendall
full possession by my Selfe or attorney with Deed & bond at
the next County Cort: att Sommersett which is to be holden
one the Second Tuesday in november next And for in
and Consideracon in full payment of the said Land I the
said Tho. Kendall doth by these presents binde me my heires
executors. admrs to pay or cause to be paid to David Williamson
or his Certaine attorney Seaven thousand pounds of tobacco
with Caske at Severall paymts: vizt the first payment
at y possession & acknowledgment with deed & bond
according to Lawe on the Second Tuesday in november next
