The humble peticon of Richard & William Davis Overseers of
the Last will and Testament of William Boise late of this
County deceased ; / ; ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
Humbly sheweth
That whereas William Boise left yo^r: peticion^rs: in trust to
see his Last will and testament truly and Justly executed yo^r:
pet^rs: finding by the said will that Robt. Cattlin was left Sole -
executo^r: as by the said will doth appeare at Lardge; now soe it
is that yo^r: pet^rs: having not had as yet any Certain acc^ot: of the
estate of the deceased; wee therefore Crave a true & Juste acc^ot: of
the deceased estate of the deceased executo^r aforesaid & Security
from him, for the Secuering of the orphants estate Jane Boise
Daughter of the deceased William Boise and as in duty bound
