193 The Same Day Commrs: as afore
Whereas Wm: Herne of Matapaney in this County Caused
his Banes of matremoney to be Sett up this morning
at y Cort: house with one Katherine Mathis Widowe
The Cort: being informed that the said Katherine goeth
under the notion of John Pikes wife of Matapaney orders
the same to be taken downe & orders that the said
William Herne be taken into Safe Custody untill
he give in Security for his good behaviour.

in the said Thomason Hart the next Cort:
