Nicholas Huttson plt:
vers in an Accon of the Case they appear before
Daniell Quillane deft: the Cort:
The plt: presents his declaracon wch: is read vizt
Sommersett County Ss
Daniell Quillane late of this County was attached
to answer Nicholas Huttson in an accon of
the Case &c ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
And whereupon the said Nicholas Huttson for his
selfe saith That whereas the said Nicholas did purchase
& buy of Daniell Quillane A parcell of Land for the
which Land severall bills was Signed Sealed and
delivered by the said Nicholas to the said Daniell to
be paid at A Certain day long Since past; The said
Nicholas Saith the said bills being long Since fully
satisfied & paid yet nevertheless the said Daniell
Quillance refuseth to give in the said bills to y great
detriment & Dammadge of Nicholas Huttson where upon
he saith he is Dampnified & hathe Dammadge to the
vallue of two thousand pounds of tobacco And
thereupon brings his Suite &c ; / ; ~ ~
After A full hearing both of plaintiff & deft:
The Cort: orders that the deft: Daniell Quillance
to deliver up the bills sued for to y plt:
nicholas Huttson ; ~ ~ ~
