178 regarding his promise of marriage to her the said
Helena; now the Losse trouble & chardges that her said
master hath Sustained by her uncablenes? of Looking
after his bussnes; Whereupon the said Captaine saith
he is Dampnified & hath Losses to the vallue of three
thousand pounds of tobacco And there upon the said
Capta: brings his Sute ; ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
The deft: pleades & saith that the said Helena
doth abuse him for he did never lay with her
