164 Three hundred acres more or Lesse together with all rights
profitts and bennefitts thereunto belonging royall mines
excepted; To have and to hold the same to him the Said
John Nelson his heires and assignes for ever; for and under
the rents reservacons and Services there in reserved as by
the said Recited pattent recourse thereunto had more fully
and more at Lardge it may and doth appeare; Now knowe
you further that the said Christopher nutter and
Mary his wife abovesaid for A valuable Consideracon in
hand paid by John Dorman of the County and province
aforesaid plantor the receipt whereof wee doe hereby
Acknowledge and every part and parcell thereof doe -
Clearly fully and absolutely acquitt and dischardge the
said John Dorman his heires executors: admrs & assignes
forever by these presents; have fully and absolutely
given granted bargained infeofed Sold and Confirmed
And doe by these presents fully and Absolutely give grant
allienate bargaine Sell feofe and Confirmed unto him
the said John Dorman his heires and assignes forever
All that the said parcell of Land Soe to me Allienated and
Sold by John Nelson and Katherine his wife aforesaid
together with all the Proffitts Priviledges Pattents writings
