153 assume & to the Said Anne did faithfully promisse
That he the said John woulld well & truly Satisfie & pay
to her the said Anne the summe of one thousand pound
of tobacco notwithstanding which he the said John his
promise & Assumption Little regarding but fraudulently
intending her the said Anne the said Sume of one thousand
pounds of tobacco to Deceive, hath not as yett rendered though
often thereunto required, but the same to render to her y
said Anne doth yett refuse whereupon she saith She
is Dampnified & hath Losse to the vallue of two thousand
pounds of tobacco & thereupon She brings her Suite &c
