This Indenture made the first day of July in the XXX^vii
year of the R^t: hon:^ble Caecilius absolute Lord and Proprieto^r
of the provinces of Maryland and Avalon Lord Baron of
Baltemore & in the year of our Lord God one thousand six
hundred Sixty eight; Betweene William Glanvile of
Rattcliffe in the County of Middx in the kingdom of England
marriner of the one part; And Randall Revell of the
province of Maryland gent: of the other part Wittnesseth
That whereas the said Lord Baltemore by his Deed of
grante under his greate Seale used in the said Province
of Maryland for granting of Lands there bearing date
at S^t: Maries the 12^th: day of July in the foure & thirtieth
year of his Lopp^s Dominion over the said province
one thousand Six hundred Sixty five, Did for the Con-
sideracon therein mentioned grante unto the said
Randall Revell & Anne Toft of the County of Somersett
All that parcell of Land called the Double purchase
Lyeing on the easterne Shore in Manoakin river
