the first year mr: Revell came up to Seate; the great Creek
runs betweene the two pointes; and further Saith not ; / ; ~

Sworne Saiths Aboute five years agoe mr: Revell went along with me to
Shewe me some Land and he went along with me up that
Creeke where Edward Surnan now liveth and wee went over A
tree that Lay over the Creeke where the Indians then Lived mr:
Revell told me that there was Land for me if I liked it; and
soe upon that not Likeing the Land I was somewhat disturbed
at it and Came presently and bought this I live at And
ffurther saith not ; / ; ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~

Sworne Saith: There was A deed that mr: Glanvile and mr: Revell shewed me
which I Suppose was drawne by mr: Jenifer the Deed not
perfected nor Signed priseing the said deed I asked mr: Revell
whether he woulld signe itt or not; I Sayeing that I never Sawe
Such a Large warrantee before nor I neither then said mr: Revell
I presently asked mr: Glanvile what he paid for the draft hee
told me to the vallue of A hhead of tobacco as I take itt I then
said if itt be yor: desires I will drawe A Conveyance for one
hundred & fifty pounds of tobacco and perfect itt, mr: Revell-
replyed I preethy doe it; Accordingly I drewe A ruff draft
mr: Revell giving me the bounds of his Land then intended
to bee made over to Capta: Glanvile as I Suppose they approved
of the fowle draft which I drewe out fayre which mr: Revell
did signe Seale and deliver to mr: Glanvile and mr: Revell did
