147 Covenant and grant to and with the said Christopher
Newgent to pay for his passage and to find and allow
him meat drinke apparrell and Lodging with other
necessarys duering the said tearme and at the end of
the said tearme to give unto him fifty acres of Land
or tenn pounds in money according to the Custome of y
Contry In Witnesse whereof the parties abovementioned
to these Indentures have interchangeably Sett their
hands and Seales the day and year above written ~ ~
