his ffees Shall be paid about the estate of Wm: Boist ordered
that ffor recording the proceedings y executor: to pay it &

John Harrison Cornelius Morris & Daniell Denahoe y
executor: to pay it out of his own proper estate & the summons
for the Overseers the Overseers to pay is out of there owne

Christopher Newgent of this County Late servant to Randall
Revell exhibithes his bill of Complainte into this Cort: against
the said Randall Revell Late of this County gent &c.
And Whereupon the said Christopher Newgent for himselfe saith
That whereas on the twenty third day of Aprill in y XXXiXth:
year of the Dominion of the Rt: honble: Caecilius &c Ao: Do: 1671
he Demanded his ffreedome of the said Randall Revell which was
denyed, The said Christopher Newgent produceing an Indenture (wch:
was made at Dublin in Ireland) Signed with the hand & Sealed with
the Seale of his then master Samuell Squire dated the twenty
third day of ffebruary in the nineteenth year of y Reigne
