130 Trusty & well beloved friend Edward Jones of Sommersett
County in the province of Maryland planter to be my true &
Lawfull Attorney for me & in my name & to & for my use
To aske for Demand Collect recover & receive by order of
Course of Lawe or otherwayes whatsoever all & every or any
sume or Summes of tobacco Goods, Debts wares Comodities
or any thing whatsoever that Shall be due & oweing to mee
either by bill bond Speciallty accot: promise reckoning or any
thing whatsoever which may of right belong to me from any
person or persons whatsoever or whomsoever that are residing
or inhabiting in the province of Maryland or Virginia And
upon non payment or refusall to pay and sum or sums or
any thing whatsoever or any pt or pcell thereof to Sue pSue
attach arrest Implead Imprison & Condem & out of prison again
to deliver, And take & use such Course in the Lawes as y Cause
depending Shall require or be needfull in or about or anywise
appertaining to y pr:misses or any part or pcell thereof; And
one Attorney or more under him to make & Constitute, & att his
pleasure againe to revoke, And in any matter or Cause whatsoever
my person to represent, Rattiefieinge alloweinge & Confirming
whatsoever my said Attorney Shall Lawfully doe Concerning the
pr:misses or by vertue of other Impowracons to mee made,
