119 mentioned grant unto John King by the name of John King
of Sommersett County in the Province of Maryland planter
All that parcell of Land called Affrica Lyeing on the east side
of Chesepeack bay in the County aforesaid in A river called
Pocomoke on the northermost Side of the said river in A Creeke
called deviding Creeke one the eastermost Side of the said
Creeke; beginning for bredth at A markt Cyprus Standing
by the Creeke Side Devideing it from the Land of James
Hinderson called America & from thence running up the
Side of the said Creeke ninety perches to a markt Cyprus
& running from the said Cyprus for Length for length up
into the woods east & by south five hundred thirty foure
perches bounded on the south with A line drawne south & by
west from the end of the former Line for bredth ninety perches
bounded on the west with A line Drawne west & by north from the
end of the former Line for the Length of five hundred thirty
foure perches till it entersect the paralell from the first
bounded tree Deviding it from the Land of James Hinderson
aforesaid, Containing & laid out for three hundred acres more
or Lesse; To have and to hold the same to him the said John
King & unto his heires and assignes forever; under Such
rents, Covenants, Limitacons and execeptions as in and by
the said Deed of grante recourse being thereunto had more
at Lardge it may & doth appeare Now this Indenture
wittnesseth that the abovesaid John King for A valuable
Consideracon in hand paid by the said John Townesend
before
