near which there is a markt white oake & from thence
running east north east three hundred & eight perches
bounded on the south with A Line drawne from the end of
the former Line South south east one hundred & fifty perches
bounded on the west with A Line drawne from the end of the
former Line west South west three hundred & Sixty perches
to a markt Gumme which is the first bounder Cont: & Laid out
for three hundred acres more or Lesse To have & to hold the same
to him the said Thomas Meech & unto his heires & assignes
for ever; under such rents Covenants Limitacons and
exceptions as in & by the said Deed of Grant recourse
being thereunto had more at Lardge it may & doth appeare
now this Indenture Wittnesseth That the abovesaid Thomas
Meech for A valuable Consideracon in hand paid by Allexander
Jemison before the ensealing & delivery hereof whereof and
wherewith the said Thomas Meech doth acknowledge himselfe
to be fully & wholy Satisfied & paid; & doth of & for every part
& parcell thereof acquitt & Dischardge the said Allexander Jemison
his heires executors: & administrators: by these presents, hath
given, granted; bargained, Sold feoffed & confirmed; And Doe
by these presents fully & Absolutely give grante, allienate, bargain,
Sell enfeofe & confirme unto the said Allexander Jemison And to
his heires & assignes for ever all that the said Devident of land
granted
