111 Lord Baron of Baltemore &c by his Pattent under
the greate Seale of this Province bearing date the five
& twentieth day of ffebruary Ao: Do: one thousand six
hundred sixty five Did grante unto me the said
William Stevens by the name of William Stevens
of this Province gent: A parcell of Land called the
Partners Choice; Lyeing & being on the eastearne Shore
in A river there Called Pocomoke on the north Side
of the said river bounded as ffoll: beginning at A
marked red oake Standing by A parcell of Land taken
up by Phinias White, & running from the said oake by
A line Drawne northeast up by A marsh Called the
Partners Marsh & thence near to the head of the said
river to a marked white oake for bredth Six hundred
perches & thence by A line Drawne northwest into the
woods for Length to a marked red oake five hundred thirty
foure perches; & thence by a Line drawne southwest for
bredth to a marked oake Standing by the aforesaid parcell
of Land taken up by Phineas White & running downe
by the said tract to the first marked tree by A Line
drawne southeast five hundred thirty foure perches
Containing & Laid out for Two thousand acres more
or Lesse together with all rights proffitts & bennefitts
thereunto belonging royall mines excepted; To have
