Court of the same Province To Witt at Baltemore County aforesaid) the
same Thomas Bordley thereon the aforesd first Day of August Anno Dom:
Seventeen Hundred and Seventeen being Lawfully Constituted and admitted
attorney Genll of the afsd Province And One of the attorneys of the Said Pro-
vinciall Court of the same Province) And the Aforest attorney Generall first
afore mentioned further Saith that there arose and became Due unto the said
Thomas Bordley by Virtue of his offices of Attorney Genll and attorney of
the said Provinciall Court on the aforesd twenty fourth Day of December
Anno Dom: Seventeen Hundred Twenty and One at the County aforesa
Sundry fees Amounting to the Sum of three thousand and two Hundred
Pounds of Tobacco from Sundry Persons then living in Baltemore County
afsd which Sum of Tobacco last mentioned by the same Thomas Bordley
the Said Francis Holland as Sherriff of the said County then and there was
Intrusted to Collect And Account for According to the same Francis Hol-
land his Duty of High Sherriff of the County aforesd and the Condition
aforesd And the same attorney Genll Likewise Saith that the aforesd Francis
Holland as Sherriff of the said County During his Continuance in his said
office of Sherivalty had and received from a Certain John Beale of Ann
Arundell County Esqr the Sum of One thousand thirty and five Pounds of
Tobacco to the Use of the said Thomas Bordley on the Tenth Day of Aprill
Anno Anno [sic] Dom: Seventeen Hundred twenty and two at Baltemore
County aforesd [832] And that the same Francis Holland hath not past an
Account of the said Severall Sums of Tobacco Amounting in the whole to
the Sum of Twenty and four thousand two Hundred thirty and One Pounds
of Tobacco to the aforesd Thomas Bordley by the tenth Day of May Next
Ensuing the Date of the said Writing obligatory Nor paid Nor Satisfied the
same Sum of Tobacco last mentioned or any pound thereof unto the said
Thomas Bordley in his lifetime or Order) Which same Thomas lived untill
the tenth Day of Novemberl Anno Dom: Seventeen hundd twenty and Six
and then Dyed at London in the County aforesd Nor unto the aforesd Ariana
Bordley Widdow and Executrix of the Testament of the same Thomas or
Ordr According to the Duty of the said Francis Holland his office of High
Sherriff of the County aforest and the form of the Condition Aforesaid But
the same twenty and four thousand two Hundred thirty and One pounds of
Tobacco Yet remain Wholly Unpaid and in no Sort Satisfied Unto the Said
Thomas Bordley and the aforesd Ariana and Either of them And the said
attorney GenB further Saith that the aforesd Francis Holland as Sherriff of
the said County afterwards To Witt the Tenth Day of August Anno Domini
Seventeen Hundred twenty and two at Baltemore County Aforest Was in-
debted unto the Aforesd Thomas in his Lifetime in the Sum of Sixteen thou-
sand Six Hundred Eighty and three pounds of Tobacco Upon a Certain
Reckoning Between the said Thomas in his Lifetime and the Aforest Francis
