by the said Court of Appeales and Errrs that the afd Daniel Bryon recover
of the said Prior Smallwood one hundred and twenty pounds Sterling and
five thousand Six hundred and Seventy pounds of tobacco Damages which
he Sustained by occasion of the Breaking the Covenant afd As also It is Con-
sidered by the said Court that the said Daniel Bryon recover of the sd Prior
Smallwood two thousand one hundred and Seventy three pounds of toba to
the Sd Daniel Bryon by the Court now here of his Assent adjudged for his
Costs and Charges in the Court Laid out and Expended and that the Sd
Daniel Bryon have thereof Execution etc.
[742] The Court Adjourns till 3 of the Clock afternoon
The Court meet According to adjournment and present as Before Noon
Certificate of Mr Georges having taken the Oath of an Attorney filed Who is
thereupon Admitted to Practice
