[T:B:] Daniel Walker Lessee of Thomas Robins v [D.D:] John Bush

MARYLAND ss. John Bush late of Talbot County Planter was Attached
to answer unto Daniel Walker of a plea Wherefore With force and Arms into
One fourth part of all that Tract of plantable Land Called Buckland laid
out for Two hundred and fifty Acres With the Appurtenances into four parts
Equally to be divided and into one fourth part of all that Tract of plantable
Land Called Gurlington Containing two hundred Acres With the Appurte-
nances into four parts Equally to be divided And one fourth part of all that
Tract of plantable Land Called Murrey Containing One hundred and fifty
Acres with the Appurtenances into four parts Equally to be Divided and one
fourth part of all that Tract of plantable Land Called the Addition Contain-
ing One hundred Acres With the Appurtenances into four parts Equally to
be Divided And into one fourth part of all that Tract of plantable Land
Called Rumley Marsh With the appurtenances Containing three hundred
Acres into four parts Equally to be divided and one fourth part of all that
Tract of Plantable Land Called Buckland Containing fifty Acres with the
Appurtenances into four parts Equally to be Divided all which Said Tracts
of Land are lying in Talbott County afd Which Thomas Robins the father
and guardian of William Robins to the Said Daniel Walker demised for a
Term which is not yet past hath Entred and him from his farm afd hath
Ejected and other harms to him hath Done to the great Damage of him the
Same Daniel and Against the peace etc.

And Whereupon the Same Daniel Walker by Thomas Bordley his At-
torney Complains that whereas the afd Thomas Robins-Guardian as afd the
first day of October in the year of our Lord God Seventeen hundred and
Twenty at Talbot County aforesaid did Demise to the afd Daniel the afore-
said one fourth part of the aforesaid Severall Tracts of Land and premisses
with the Appurtenances To Have and to Hold to the Same Daniel and his
Assigns from the Twenty Ninth Day of September then last past Untill the
end and Term of five years from thence Next following and fully to be Com-
pleat and Ended by Vertue of Which Demise the Same Daniel into the afore-
said one fourth part of the aforesaid Severall Tracts of Land and premisses
with the appurtenances Entered and Was thereof possessed and the Same
Daniel being So thereof possessed the afd John Bush afterwd" To Witt the
Same first day of October Anno Dom Seventeen hundred and Twenty afore-
said With force and Arms etc. into the aforesaid one fourth part of the afd
Severall Tracts of Land and premisses with the Appurtenances which the
Same Thomas Robins to the Same Daniel in form aforesaid demised for the
Term aforesaid which is not yet past Entered and him from his farm afore-
